Since 1987, your center of excellence for oral rehabilitation

Studio Castellani was founded in 1987 by Dr. Dario Castellani, who, after completing his studies at TUFT University in Boston, established it as Italy’s first specialized prosthetics studio.

The studio housed an in-house dental laboratory capable of producing prostheses of exceptional quality—both functionally and artistically. From the beginning, Studio Castellani has been dedicated to offering the best in prosthetic rehabilitation, embracing innovative techniques and protocols.

Our dental research and practice have led to the international adoption of methods such as the telescopic principle in oral rehabilitation, particularly in conometric retention, which soon became standard in conical connection implants. Following our early focus on prosthetics, we expanded into other dental disciplines with highly qualified specialists—from endodontics and periodontology to conservative dentistry and implant surgery. We also offer specialized orthodontics for adults through Invisalign and create a nurturing environment for our younger patients.
