Dr. AnaMaria Piha

Owner & Specialist in Oral Surgery and Implantology

My name is AnaMaria Piha, and I'm a dentist and owner of the dental practice "Dottoressa AnaMaria Piha Castellani"

I graduated in dentistry from the "Titu Maiorescu" University of Dental Medicine in Bucharest, Romania. My journey in dentistry began twenty years ago alongside my husband, Prof. Dario Castellani, a renowned figure in Italian dentistry and prosthodontics.

I feel deeply grateful for all that he has taught me; from him, I’ve learned the most beautiful and valuable aspects of this profession, which I now practice with joy, enthusiasm, love, and deep passion.

For my patients, I strive to deliver exactly the type of care I wish to receive.

Having personally overcome dental fear due to a traumatic childhood experience at the age of six, I have developed profound empathy. When I work in my patients’ mouths, I envision myself in their position and aim to offer the compassion, gentleness, and skill I would expect from a true professional.

Thanks to my husband's influence in my professional life, I’ve had opportunities to participate in prestigious national congresses such as the Italian National Association of Dentists, the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry, the International College of Esthetic Dentistry, and international events, including those organized by the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.

This has allowed me to stay continuously updated with cutting-edge knowledge. My main professional passion lies in surgery—specifically, dento-alveolar surgery and implant prosthodontics. I'm also passionate about periodontology, and strongly believe in educating my patients about the fundamental importance of prevention.

I pride myself on being a dentist who listens closely and attentively. I'm always at my patients' side, working together to find the best treatment and care plan, respecting their emotional, physical, and financial needs.

My primary goal is to restore self-confidence and self-esteem in my patients through their smiles.

I'm an upbeat, positive person, always ready to listen and support those around me. I believe teeth are not only essential for overall health but also have the power to transform a person's life and self-esteem.

Dr. Sanja Filip

Specialist in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and prosthetics

Dr. Sanja Filip graduated in Dentistry from the University of Novi Sad in 2011.

With significant clinical experience acquired in Oman at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital and specialized training in Fixed and Aesthetic Prosthodontics at the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry in Dubai, she furthered her expertise in microsurgical endodontics in Florence under Dr. Arnaldo Castellucci.

Dedicated and passionate, Dr. Filip combines professionalism with a friendly, precise approach, delivering high-quality care in conservative dentistry, endodontics, surgery, and prosthetics.

Dr. Federica Amabile

Specialized in Orthodontics

Graduated with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Pisa in 2015, Dr. Amabile further specialized with a Master's in Pediatric Dentistry and Interceptive Orthodontics at the same institution.

She has continually advanced her expertise through specialized orthodontic training, including courses in lingual orthodontics (Win Certification), interceptive orthodontics (Healty Start), pediatric orthodontics (ages 0-12), Invisalign aligners, and elastodontic therapy (Amcop).

Certified as an Invisalign provider since 2019, she passionately focuses on treating dental malocclusions and temporomandibular disorders in both children and adults.

Dr. Nadia Amabile

Dr. Nadia Amabile graduated with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Florence in 2019. After extensive training in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and prosthetics, she transferred her precise skills into facial aesthetics.

Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, Dr. Amabile pursued advanced training at the Aesthetic Facial Medical School in Rome. Her approach focuses on delivering natural, personalized results that highlight each patient’s unique features and personality..
